Because each quilt and kit is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives with a defect or an error on our part.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily review the concern and, if appropriate, arrange a repair or send a replacement.

Please note: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for custom orders once production has begun.

Minor color variations may occur between your original artwork and the printed fabric, as well as between digital proofs and the finished quilt. Factors such as screen display, printer calibration, and fabric texture can all influence final color appearance. We do our best to faithfully preserve each child’s artwork, but slight differences are to be expected and are not considered defects.
